Allround Maintenance Technician (Production)
Are you a technically strong technician who gets energy from solving complex breakdowns and keeping a modern machine park running? For an innovative production environment, we are looking for an Allround Maintenance Technician who is responsible for maintaining, improving and optimising automated production installations.
As an Allround Maintenance Technician, you make sure the production process keeps running safely, efficiently and reliably. You analyse and resolve breakdowns on both the electrical and mechanical side, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of machines and installations. You work with modern production lines, drives, sensors, control technology and automated systems.
What you'll do
- –Locate, analyse and resolve electrical and mechanical breakdowns
- –Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production installations
- –Work on PLC-controlled machines, sensors, motors, drives and control systems
- –Contribute ideas for technical improvements and for preventing recurring breakdowns
- –Carry out modifications and optimisations to existing installations
- –Work together with colleagues in the technical department and production to minimise downtime
- –Record maintenance work and breakdowns in maintenance systems
What you bring
- –A completed technical qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- –Experience as a maintenance technician, breakdown technician or allround technician in an industrial production environment
- –Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- –Experience with PLC controls, frequency drives and industrial automation is a plus
- –A practical, solution-oriented mindset
- –Willingness to take part in an on-call breakdown rotation
