Lead Electrical Engineer

For our client, we are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer. As the technical authority, you are responsible for delivering high-quality engineering designs in the fields of medium-voltage, high-voltage and sustainable energy systems. In this role, you also provide operational leadership to a team of engineers.
What you'll do
- –Translate client requirements into technically feasible solutions, from concept through detailed design
- –Review deliverables such as power system studies, cable calculations, earthing calculations, engineering drawings, procurement specifications and related documentation
- –Prepare electrical schematics and installation drawings
- –Monitor project progress, quality, scope and budget
- –Inform and advise both internal and external stakeholders
- –Drive engineering processes to ensure quality assurance, including verification and validation (V&V) processes

- –A gross monthly salary between €5,000 and €8,500, based on a 40-hour work week

What you bring
- –A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- –At least 10 years of experience in medium- and/or high-voltage engineering
- –At least 5 years of project management experience (e.g. IPMA and/or PRINCE2)
- –Experience with AutoCAD, EPLAN, Vision and Intelec
- –Experience working with various contract types, including UAV-GC (Integrated Design & Build Contracts)
