Maintenance Engineer HVAC
Have you been living and working in the Netherlands for several years as an international professional? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? As a Maintenance Engineer HVAC, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, continuity and long-term performance of critical building installations. This is not a purely operational maintenance role; you will be responsible for developing maintenance strategies, managing assets and driving continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- –Develop long-term maintenance plans (MJOP) and translate them into realistic annual maintenance plans
- –Manage maintenance-sensitive assets using maintenance management systems such as Planon and O-Prognose
- –Create visibility, predictability and continuity within maintenance processes and technical installations
- –Work closely with installation users, planners, engineers and project teams
- –Identify operational needs and analyse technical challenges during stakeholder meetings
- –Translate technical analyses into targeted maintenance and improvement recommendations
- –Coordinate with project teams regarding budgets, planning and project progress

What you bring
- –A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services or a related discipline
- –Experience in maintenance engineering, asset management or technical installations
- –Knowledge of HVAC and building-related systems
- –Experience with maintenance management software is considered an advantage
- –You are already living in the Netherlands
- –You have a good working knowledge of the Dutch language
