As an Electrical Design Engineer, you are defining, realizing, qualifying, managing and maintaining various electrical concepts and products for both existing systems at our clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Get clear design requirements by interfacing/aligning with electrical architects and CDE designers from other projects
- Define, documents and maintain designs of the electrical modules and electrical infrastructure to guarantee the design quality
- Create and maintain electrical technical drawings/schematics; Functional overview, High level block diagram, Detailed wiring diagrams, cable overview, bundle overview
- Timely production of deliverables with the project manager
- Contribute to the writing of system design specifications and system engineering guidelines
- Keeping an overview of integration and supporting other departments
- Operating in a multidisciplinary team
Job Requirements
Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience. More junior? You’re more than welcome to apply
- Experience in 3D CAD tools – preferably NX
Personal skills
- You are effective working in a team but can also perform independently
- You like to work in multidisciplinary teams
- You are accurate, analytical and a problem solver
- Proficient in English
